Long Beach, Nassau County, Long Island NY - New Light offers all meditations to individuals, groups, organizations and businesses in the south Nassau County vicinity.

Schedule an appointment at our Long Beach location or we can come to you. We bring "Meditations On the Road" (MOR) to towns including Long Beach, Oceanside, Island Park, Rockville Centre, Hewlett, Lawrence, Cedarhurst, Woodmere (all the Five Towns), Lynbrook, Valley Stream, Wantagh and Bellmore.

As an introduction, the New Light Spiritual Center offers a Meditation Smorgasbord, a one-hour practice that gives the new or curious practitioner a few minutes each of many practices, including release-breathing, Zen, Sikh kundalini, Hindu neti ("not this"), Buddhist dependent-arising, Kabbalah, kriyas, heart coherence, alpha wave and progressive relaxation.

We meditate with and without mantras, including the Lotus Sutra (namyoho-rengye-kyo) and the universal Om.
